The website shows that the package was delivered, so I am not entitled to a guarantee, and the post office said that the package was returned to the sender. I received an SMS with the code needed for collection, but the package did not arrive and I did not provide this code, I just do not know why the status is "delivered". I wrote an email to the logistics department, no response so far.
