He ido a sacar las tres piezas de un reloj que iba a arreglar y se ha donado la punta del destornillador fino y se ha roto todo el aparato. No he podido ni acabar de arreglar el reloj... Además no trae instrucciones.Pero posteriormente el equipo de Joom se hizo cargo del caso y aplicó la garantía del producto

llego rapido el producto es de plastico pero duro y llevaba 5 piezas de recambio , lo he probado y va genial y solo por 1 euro . llevo un reloj a una joyeria y por el mismo trabajo me cobraron 6 euros. a si que estoy super contenta con el producto
