This is an official release piece recorded in two Danish locations on the first European playing tour, by Bill Evans Trio.
In April 2023, the Treasures: Solo, Trio and Orchestra Recordings from Denmark (1965-1969) was released in 3-Disc LP and 2-Disc CDs, and a completely separate and highly valuable recording from the Elemental Record Jordy, Carlos Augustin, and the famous excavator Zeve. This product is an audio source for the first European playing tour, Bill Evans Trio in the summer of 1964, with 10 unannounced songs in Denmark, Copenhagen, Chuck Israel (b) and Rally Bunker (ds) and Bonus Track visited Orphus in 1969. Time recording
LP A-face 1-6 was recorded on August 10, 1964 in Copenhagen "Radio House" at the headquarters of the national Danish broadcast, and a kind of studio session recorded without audience. In addition, B surface 1-4 was recorded as a live recording in the Danish TV "TV View (TV-Byen)" located on August 25 of the same year in Grad Succé suburban Copenhagen. Also included as a bonus track, Eddie Gomez (b) and Marty Morell (ds) trio played on November Orphus University at a live venue at the study hall in November 1969. 11 albums total

"My Foolish Heart" is included in the "Waltz for Debby" and "Sunday at the Village Vanguard" (June 1961) recording, which is also interesting when compared to playing with Raphalo and Motivan. You can also enjoy comparison with 3 same songs such as "My Foolish Heart" on the A-side and B side. Also, according to evance discography, I Didn't Know What Time It Was" is the first and last recording.
