The product is as described and shown in the picture, but I received it scratched. The chain length is a good size for kids and adults can also be adjusted. Upon close inspection the letter “X” is a few shades lighter than the chain itself and is also scratched so there is clear indication that isn’t Cheap quality “NOT REAL GOLD”, but that was to be expected. Shipping took exactly 20 days not too long, but longer than what we stated. The size of the “X” is a little bigger than I was expecting about the size of a penny. If you’re looking for a piece of “not so expensive jewelry” that can be worn only to gatherings, etc I would recommend this piece. I gave this piece 3 stars because of its scratches on the back side **Not to be worn as an everyday piece**

So I got the C and yeah it was a little bigger than it was in the photos but I’m not mad at the size especially for the price! (It’s about 2 cm or 1 inch) It is a really cute necklace and i would definitely buy from this seller again, but the shipping did take a while but it came within a month so im pretty happy with it!
