【Cautions for using electrical products】
When using electrical appliances, please note that the voltage is different from that of Japan, which may cause malfunctions.
Since the plug type is Japan type(A or B type), please check the voltage and use a transformer.

We are not responsible for malfunctions caused by use without a transformer.

【Plug Type】
Our products use Japanese plug types (A or B type).
Please use a conversion adapter if necessary.
【Important Note on Transformers and Adapters】
A transformer adjusts voltage to match your device’s requirements.
A conversion adapter only changes the plug shape and does not adjust voltage.
Using only a conversion adapter without a transformer may result in damage to the product.

We are not responsible for malfunctions or damages caused by improper use, such as operating the product without a transformer.

*The shell of the banana plug may become loose due to vibration during transport.
The product will be shipped with the classic Japanese Kanare 4S6 speaker cable attached to banana plugs.
Solder the end of the cable so that the banana plug screws can be tightened securely.
The 4-core star-quad structure is resistant to noise and is also inexpensive, making it ideal for long-distance wiring.
⚫︎Our finished banana cable may be damaged due to shaking during delivery.
The banana plug or Y-lug may come off.
Originally, the plug is removable, so if it comes off, it does not mean it is defective.
Please be aware that this will not be possible.
If you would like the product to be fixed with glue before shipping, please contact us separately and we will do so free of charge.

In the case of removable devices, we will continue to devise ways to attach them so that they do not come off.
The parts may come off due to vibrations during delivery or listening.
In such cases, refunds, cancellations, or compensation will not be available.
Any subsequent maintenance such as tightening screws will be the responsibility of the customer.
