The focus drive system uses a powerful HSM (ultrasonic motor) to achieve highly accurate and quiet AF.
The lens body is equipped with a focus mode switch, a focus limiter switch useful for macro photography, and an AFL button that can be assigned any function. The aperture ring allows you to enjoy intuitive operation and is equipped with an aperture ring click switch that allows you to turn on/off the click, which can cause noise during macro photography. It also has an aperture ring lock switch that operates the locking mechanism. With a wide range of functions, you can customize shooting operations to suit your shooting style.
