Joom is a scam website. I returned an order a few months ago, and I have to pay for the shipping costs myself. They gave me the wrong address, but they never received the return. Now I have to pay the invoice plus the return shipping costs. And I can't reach them anywhere. I advise no one to trust Joom.com. I'm not satisfied.
