Accordingly, I believe that there are several reasons why I was deceived about the parameters and quality of this product, but Joom Customer Support was not accommodating and refused to respond to the problem I mentioned. I clearly pointed out the low quality of the product and the size discrepancy, but from Joom Customer Support I received strange tasks to measure the clothes and perform various other experiments in order to refuse the claim for refusal of this jacket. Be careful before choosing this jacket, because it does not match the description!!!
