Product Description: Free size for both men and women. Inner layer made of organic cotton flannel and polypropylene, 'less messy' outer layer, highly elastic nylon strap.

How to use the product: Castor oil pack in 2 easy steps: Apply 1 tablespoon. Contains castor oil (sold separately). Adjust the pack to your child's body. Leave on for 1 hour. Wash (lay out to dry) before first use. Replace every 2 months.
