Hi I bought this smartwatch for my son and it was working and unfortunately the connection to it stopped working two weeks ago, how can you exchange it? It's still new and I didn't think it would crash so quickly.

The quality of the screen on the watch is excellent. The photos are not so important. I got it from my phone! The quality of the watch is good when you look like that, so time will tell about the quality !!!
