Dear ladies and gentlemen, today we received our order (children's necklace with colorful stones). Unfortunately the trailer is faulty: The cat is missing the 4th stone (from the top) on its tail. You will also notice a metal mark on the back of the pendant at the level of the missing stone, which can damage clothing. We hope that you can help us with our complaint. This was supposed to be a Santa Claus gift for a 6 year old girl who is a cat fan. Kind regards, Gerhard
