My foot measures 26 cm as indicated in the image of my usual shoe insole in Spain, a 40-41, I bought 42 according to the information in the size guide, the sandal measures 27.5 cm, the rubber bands do not fit, it is very large and wide, new Joom is not responsible for the refund and the customer service is pitiful. I do not recommend the product. Buying clothes or shoes on Joom is a lottery!
The sandals are beautiful arrived today and in advance, I ordered my number 39 and they fit 39. They are comfortable and quick to put on, the height is fine 👍😉 great product I recommend
The quality is quite adequate. It's best to go up a size or two to make sure they're true to size. They are very light and sit nicely on the foot.
