The charging process does not work, the batteries were in the charger for hours, there was no indication whether the charging process had ended. It's a shame, it's supposed to be nice to buy things like this here in Germany!

One of these batteries keeps flashing blue/red, what does that mean? The other appears to be charging because it is glowing red.
