How to Use
Place one tea bag in 8 oz of boiling water. Steep for 2 minutes, then remove the tea bag. Depending on the age and feeding amount, give 2 to 8 oz of tea with each feeding. To prevent future stomach problems, start with 3 to 4 servings daily and continue as your baby feels better. The tea can be consumed directly or mixed with expressed breast milk. It can also be mixed with formula instead of water. Breastfeeding mothers can also drink the tea to help transfer its benefits to breast milk.
Dosage: 1 day to 3 months: 1 to 3 oz of tea per serving. 3 to 6 months: 3 to 6 oz of tea per serving. 6 months to 1 year: One serving is 6-8 oz of tea.
