Basically, all the (not original) ear сushions are pretty much the same. But this one is definitely one of the best. They're quite soft and don't press on the ears. A huge plus is the replaceable headband. That’s actually the main reason I bought it. Because with Bose, replacing the headband properly is nearly impossible without completely disassembling the headphones. This one installs very easily. The included screwdriver fits perfectly. It doesn’t put pressure on the head and is barely noticeable when worn.
