This model builds on the tradition of the classic Maestro series, which debuted around 2003. The Xezo Maestro Sea Shell 18K Gold-Plated Fountain Pen series is produced in limited editions. Each premium pen is individually serialized and unique. The medium-fine nib (0.45mm writing line) is crafted from gold-plated stainless steel with a leaf pattern finely etched in silver. The pen's overall design concept draws from the Art Nouveau style, highlighting the natural beauty found in the color and shape of real seashells. This pen is handcrafted using a proprietary, intensive technique that involves attaching a seashell panel to the pen's round brass body. Once the shell is complete, it is hardened with a layer of transparent rhododendron and hand-polished to a gleaming finish. This ensures that the precious iridescence of natural seashells is preserved and ensures durability. The weight of each pen may vary due to the inherent variations in the marine nacre used. As seashells are natural materials, slight variations in texture may occur. These differences and variations are not defects but rather add to the beauty and uniqueness of these pens.
